SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We will try our best to get your package out as soon as possible, your customized tumbler will most likely take 1 to 2 weeks to make, then another 3-5 days for shipping, We use USPS for all our shipping, once the product is shipped we are o longer responsible for the product, customers are responsible they have entered the correct mailing address during check-out process.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
You will receive  an email after you place your order with your order invoice and another email with tracking number once your package  has shipped.
PRODUCT DAMAGE
Once the product is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the product. However, if the product is damaged during shipping we will work with you.
1. Take of photo of the damage and send it to us.
2. contact your local USPS to report the issue.
3. We will send you a new product after verification of damage or a store credit for the amount of the product purchased.
*Important: store credit does not include shipping charges.
REFUND
We DO NOT offer cash back refunds. Customers will be given store credit for the amount of the product purchased. This store credit amount does not include any shipping charges.
